CONGRATS MR. PRESIDENT-ELECT JOE BIDEN AND YOUR VP-ELECT KAMALA HARRIS

At last the white smoke is billowing in the White House. Joe Robinette Biden Jr. and Kamala Harris have now claimed the presidency of the US. We congratulate them on this historic victory. For, apart from being the candidate who collected many more votes than any one in the history of the country, Biden becomes the first oldest president–––this will assure and inspire the like of Raila Odinga in Kenya–––whose vice president is a woman and an African. This is, indeed, historic. The entire world is now jubilant for this unfolding historic era. The divided world that former president Donald Trump created will soon be united and forge ahead. We saw it coming and predicted it even before elections.

The historicity of this win is that it bring two people with very different milieus. Harris is not only African but also a woman  whose life against all odds, challenged the conventional rationale. Those who are from Africa know how impossible it is for an Indian to marry a black man. But, again, Kamala's mother challenged this many years ago. This is why you hear some asians are now associating themselves with her. I can't imagine how it was when her mother married a black man from Jamaica. It is obvious that she was not accepted for such a sin that has now produced a reward for the world. Another accolade we thanks you for is your ability to make Trump a one time president. Who would like to love seeing the US under Trump for more destruction?
More importantly, Africans whose brothers and sisters built the US through slavery can now breathe a sigh of relief that they are not no-brainers.  For, four years ago, an African, Barack Obama was president of the US. Today, another African, Kamala Devi Harris is now number two. What a joyous feeling! Once again, Congrats Mr president-elect Biden and Ms Harris vice-president-elect. We also congratulate Americans on rectifying the mistakes they made four years ago. As for Trump, we congratulate him on allowing this to happen even though unintentionally. Now the US will go back to becoming a country but not a Trump private estate to misuse and plunder as it has been for four years. However, Biden has a lot to do to detoxify the country that is now suffering from the harms and toxicities of division, racism resulting from racial triumphalism as opposed to equality, pandemic and decay as opposed to decency. As for Trump, it is time for him to leave with dignity and grace as he concedes the defeat. Presidents come and go.  The country remains. This is the nature of the law of nature. Mr Trump, forget your braggadocios of "I won the election by a lot" while you lost by a lot.
