Is it the beginning of the end of Museveni?
Recent revelations that Ugandan strong man Yoweri Museveni is grooming his son Major Muhoozi to take over after he leave office is a big blow. One of Museveni's inner sanctum army General David Sejusa recently took a shot at Museveni condemning his ploy to create what he called a Political Monarchy. Sejusa who fled to Britain openly opposed Museveni attempts to clear a way for his son to take power under what Sejusa called National Project. Museveni has been in power illegally since 1986. Many think that Museveni and other dictators fail to learn from what happened recently in Libya and Egypt. Experience shows that for a dictator to pass the mantle to his child must die in power as it happened to Gnassigbe Eyadema and Omar Bongo. Given that they are hard to learn, time has decided to remind them the right thing to do before being taught a bitter lesson. Will Museven bow to pressure wanting him to abandon his project? Will he soldier on and face the consequences? Is this the beginning of the end of Museveni dynasty and tribal regime? For more info CLICK HERE.
