Ntaganda surrenders as Nkunda remains at large

News from Kigali Rwanda has it that M23 leader Jean-Bosco Ntaganda surrendered to the US Embassy yesterday. Ntaganda has been running after being indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for committing crimes against humanity and recruiting child soldiers. Ntaganda's surrender opens a new chapter whereby one wanted and notorious warlord has at last called it a day.
