Is Museveni becoming another Gaddafi?
News that Ugandan Strong man Yoweri Museveni doled out money to youths left many baffled. Again, Museveni behaviour of dish thousands of Dollars out to those he chooses is not new to Ugandans who are used to it. To them, Museveni is president Moneybag like former Libyans strong man Muamar Gaddafi who used to do the same wherever he toured. While Gaddafi was offering big sums, some of his citizens were living in abject poverty just like Museveni's. Recently, Museveni offered a sackful of money to Busoga Youth Group which observers say it was $ 100,000. Does it mean that Museveni does not keep his money in bank? Does Museveni keep money like former Malawi president Bingu wa Mutharika in whose room police discovered bags of dollars and other denominations after is death?
Again, how did Museveni make this money? Is he donating the monies as president or as Museveni and individual? Is this the right way to contribute to Youths' development or just the other way of bribing them? For more information CLICK here.

Kikwete keeps a tighter reign on his ill-gotten cash. He prefers to dispense goats and rice during the holidays.
Jaribu,
You know what. Museveni can't offer a cow or a goat. For these animals are his relative as he once said. He better off sacks of dosh than goats and cows which are his brothers and sisters. It is sad to note that our Tanzanian thieves in power are like rats-- they hide everything and pretend are paupers just like us.
