The year 2019 is good for any UoM's alumnus. For, this year, one of our own Dr. James Peebles a Winnipeger (Photo) won a Noble Prize in Physics. As an alumnus of UoM, I feel good for this achievement. Congrats Dr Peebles on this achievement. All Winnipegers, Manitobans, Canadians and UoM alumni are happy for your. You have made us proud.
