Go Mugabe go
Mugabe go
You were a man of your time who ended to be a disgrace of his motherland
Go man go
Life is like a cloud of dust go
Go history will unearth many of your misgivings
Zimbabwe will always sigh with pains and relief whenever your name is mentioned
You built and destroyed Zimbabwe
Zimbabweans will never miss you for you stood for nothing but power hunger and melancholy
You left them in limbo
You robbed them of their lives and future
You were a man of disgrace, a son of Africa who shamelessly abused and misused it
All depends on how one looks at the man
Let me give the devil its due
Go Mugabe
You betrayed Zimbabwe
So, too, those you trusted betrayed you
They are now posthumously glorifying you
While the vilified you when they topped you
All in all, the biggest loser has always been Zimbabwe
Your legacy will always abhor many Zimbabweans
Gukurahundi will never been pushed under the carpet
The catastrophes you created will always follow you
In your grave you will always signify hypocrisy and duplicity
Now that you are gone
Your accomplices will one day pay
When will this happen nobody knows
Go Mugabe Go
Mugabe liberated Zimbabwe from the fangs of colonialism to end up becoming homegrown coloniser.
He was a hero per se though power climbed into his head and ended up becoming a power monster. Had he learned from Mwl. Julius Nyerere, Mugabe would be next to the likes of Nyerere, Mandela and currently Kaunda if not Nujoma. Mugabe gained some sort of respect and love after being booted out of office. This is because his successor, Emerson Mnangagwa who erected Mugabe to a national hero posthumously became worse that him. So, what is now said about Mugabe's heroism and patriotism need to taken cum grano salis. Actually, the crocodile became more deadly than a cockerel.
Fare thee well Jongwe Mugabe.
