How the Berlin Conference Clung on Africa: What Africa Must Do

Politicians shrewdly and corruptly own a half of Kenya.

Recent report has it that Kenya's political class especially the founders and some Asians own over 50% of  wealth owned Kenyans individual. Interestingly, the families of former presidents and their vice presidents feature high on the list.
Big names such as Kenyatta, Moi, Saitoti, Odinga, Nyachae, Karume and others make the list of super-rich Kenyan politicians.              Ironically, the said report does not tell whether the said wealth was either obtained legally or irregularly. This is Kenya that likes to call itself the East Africa's economic power house whose big percentage of common bin-Adams don't have land while the ruling class owns almost everything.

African leaders are all the same, get into politics not to serve your people, just yourself.

You are right Jaribu. When it comes to Kenya, I love to blame Kenyans who voted the son of their first venal president just because of affiliating themselves with tribalism and nonsensical stuff.
Africa has always been ruled under the slogan of "It's our time to eat." Shame shame shame ad infinitum!
