Well done MPs though you too have to go
Ripples and tremors of the sacking of some ministers can be felt all over the hunk. Boozers, just like other citizens and villagezens, weren't left out in discussing the sacking. Though the Danganyikans seem to be convinced, boozers weren't. They’re still waiting for more mizigos to hit the road shall justice be served and be seen served.
The big minister, mzee Mizengwe Pinder left boozers baffled when he read President Jake Kiquette’s writ nullifying the appointments of former minors Emmy Nchiimbi, Matthew David Matthew, Veii Naoza and Hammie Kagasheki, boozers asked: What about you?
Pinder’s quoted as saying, “All four honorable have accepted to step down and what convinced them to do so is that the institutions implicated are under their watch.” Well done. If this is the case then you too have to go. For those ministries are under your watch. After all, the MPs have already egged you on hitting the road saying you've failed miserably as far as delivering’s concerned. Other boozers say that even your boss should be shown the door under what lawyers call collective accountability. Are you ready sir? Does vicarious accountability end up with only sacked ministers?
One boozer left us baffled when he said that your boss and you too should go. The boozer said that he doesn't see any difference between what the sacked ministers did and what mzee Pinder and his boss have always done. In a simple parlance the boozer says that all should go so that we can start afresh.
Another boozer whom we call a gadfly chipped in saying that it is time for mizigo yote to go. Unfortunately though, he didn't specify which mizigos given that we've many mizigos for long time in our offices. Another one went berserk saying that even those ministers alleged to have forged their academic credentials should go. He reprimanded the mjengo for acting as a rubber stamp when it instructed other implicated ministers to weigh and decide their fate something they've squarely refused to do.
Our swallowing joint that day became another unofficial diet. For, almost everybody had something to air. There are those who said that even the hishimiwas are supposed to be kicked out given that they've always blessed all these crimes for long. One of the boozers pointed out that our mjengo is as guilty as those it has egged on to go. He asked why they've kept mum on the monies stashed abroad, Kagodamn, EpA and other stinking scandals.
Another queried the logic behind presider Jake’s sacking the ministers while he’s abroad eating yum yum. Boozers are known for one thing, they tell the truth as it is. They call a spade a spade and name names openly and sincerely. Guess what. Can you believe that boozers still think that what’s going on is sanaa given that the whole outfit must go? They openly aver that they need their hunk back. One boozer who likes to tease others says that he’s tired of love stories from mjengoni. He was referring to the scandal whereby one female hishimiwa said that every heshimiwa has a lover in the mjengo. He made us laugh when he said that the mjengo is not a love-making guest house. He reiterated that he voted for his representative to go to the mjengo to represent him but not to represent his libido. We all laughed till our eyes were all wet with tears. His artistic way of putting his point forced us to abandon our troubles that the heshimiwas cause us.
Mind you. This is the guy who once said that Mzigo Kabwela'd agitate for the formation of Mwisho wa Reli country where he thinks he’s loved pointlessly. He is the one who once advised me to make sure that when I’m elected president of the hunk I’d make sure that my wife becomes my vice president, my son prime minister and my brother the minister of defense.
Jokes aside, if we truly face it, though those sacked guys were hovyo, they've been made sacrificial lambs given that the whole thing’s a rotten lot. Now that its weakness has surfaced, what role do boozers play to see to it that all sitting ducks are shown the door? Suppose mzee Pinder and his boss stay put. Will we let them go on with experimental politics on us or force them out? For these guys betrayed our trust but not president’s or Pinder’s. Does it mean that we didn't learn from Richmonduli saga whereby one guy’s crucified to save others? To me this is bigger than Richmonduli.
Given that boozers are waiting to see what will follow, they’re insisting on seeing to it that all villains are shown the door. To them, this end of the year is the beginning of the end of impunity and false infallibility. They’re saying it expressly that kulindana mwisho this year. Given that our hishimiwas have attempted to say that the king is naked, they too are naked. Therefore, we’d force all of them to go so that decent establishment can be formed. Why’d we waste time again and again while we boozers have power that we can employ to kick all those do-nothing heshimiwas hit the road.
Well done heshimiwas save that you too need to follow the suit.

Mlevi ataja umaskini wake
Nitafunga mwaka huu wa ufisadi kwa staili ya namna yake. Wakati wengi wakijiandaa kuwaibia walevi, mie naonyesha njia ya uadilifu na uwajibikaji.Baada ya wenye mali na mamlaka wanaopaswa kutangaza utajiri na mali zao kisheria kula pini, mlevi nimeona niwape changamoto kwa kutangaza umaskini wangu.
Huenda hii itakuwa suto na hamasa kwao watie akilini na kuacha utoto.
Nina sababu nyingi nzuri tu za kutaja umaskini wangu. Cha mno ni kwamba
nafanya hivyo ili kuondoa dhana kuwa mimi ni kibaka mwenye madaraka
niwaambiao watu walipe kodi ili nisweke ndani mimi na mke wangu,
vitegemezi vyangu na waramba viatu wangu.
Pia ni ushahidi kuwa sijaficha hata njuluku moja ughaibuni. Hivi ile so ya wazito kukwapua njuluku na kuzificha Uswizi ya Uswazi nalo limeishia wapi au wahusika wameamua kula pini na kufunika kombe ili mwanaharamu ayeye?
Nasema wazi. Tangazeni mali zenu, za wake zenu hata nyumba ndogo na vitegemezi, marafiki na washikaji wenu wote.
Mkifanya hivyo mtaondoa dhana kuwa ni wezi wasiopenda mali zenu za wizi na ufisadi kujulikana.
Nisingependa dhana hii ienee ingawa sitazuia isienee iwapo wahusika hawataki kuliona hili kama nionavyo mimi.
Inashangaza kusikia wazito wakihimiza walevi wawajibike wakati wao hawawajibiki.
Wanahimiza watu walipe kodi wakati wao wanakwepa kufanya hivyo huku wakitumia nafasi zao hata kutoa misamaha ya kodi kwa wezi wengine!
Kutangaza umaskini kunahitaji moyo. Kunahitaji kile ambacho waingereza huiita ‘the courage of the mad’. Nami kwa vile nina moyo wa mwendawazimu, naamua kutangaza umaskini wangu tena bila aibu.
Heri umaskini wangu ujulikane ambao ni kigezo cha ukweli wangu kuliko kuendelea kuficha mali haramu itokanayo na ujambazi na ufisadi.
Napanga kuwaita waandishi wa habari na kutangaza mali zangu ambazo nitazitangaza kwanza kwenye uga huu.
Hii si mara yangu ya kwanza wala mwisho kutaja mali zangu hata kama zinatia aibu.
Nafanya hivyo mara kwa mara ili kuwakumbusha walevi wenzangu wa mali na ulaji madaraka na ufichi nao wataje mali zao.
Pia hufanya hivyo kutokana na ukweli kuwa kipato hukua na kupungua kila mara. Hivyo lazima nitoe ‘update’ ya mali zangu.
Naomba ifahamike kuwa sina mali ya wizi hata moja. Ukiachia mbali kumwibia bi mkubwa uchache kidogo wa chakula kwenda kununua gongo na bangi, mie si mwizi wa kuitwa mwizi wala kidokozi. Hivyo, umaskini ‘sorry’ mali nitakazotaja kwa mujibu wa sheria ni halali.
Pia nichukue fursa hii kuwataka wezi wasijihangaishe kuja kuvunja ubavu wa mbwa wa mwenye nyumba wangu bure. Nyumba ninayoongelea haina hata choo. Inapotokea mtu akabanwa mara nyingi huwa tuna ‘download’ vichakani.
Sina cha maana cha kuiba zaidi ya umaskini mtupu. Pia nichukue fursa hii kusema wazi. Kwangu asiyetaja mali zake ni mwizi bila kujali ni mkubwa au mdogo.
If there is anything that roils me to death is this behavior of concealing one’s wealth. To me, those who don’t declare their wealths are thieves and corrupt creatures that shouldn't be in public offices stealing and abusing them.

Pia ninamilki kigoda nilichorithi toka kwa baba yangu ambacho ni alama ya kuwa mfalme wa walevi na wavuta bangi.
Tatu, ninamilki kitanda cha kamba ambacho kimesaidia ndoa yangu na bi mkubwa isivunjike. Maana kila aniudhipo nikataka kumchapa talaka, hunywea atishiapo kuwa ataondoka na kitanda chetu cha kamba.
Wakati mwingine hulalamika kumwambia kuwa nitaondoka mimi yeye abaki mradi kitanda kibaki. Huhofia kukosa pa kulala.
Hivyo, kitanda hiki kimekuwa nyenzo na sababu ya kudumu kwa ndoa yetu ya uhakika kama ni makapuku hasa ikizingatiwa kuwa asiye na kitu mara nyingi hana utu.
Sambamba na kitanda, namilki bi mkubwa wangu na nyumba ndogo kadhaa. Moja ni mama muuza mataptap na nyingine mama ntilie wa pale mtaani na ya mwisho ni shugamami anipaye mshiko wa kwenda kujinoma ulabu.
Nne lazima nikiri kuwa ingawa jiko la mkaa na la mchina nilinunua mimi, zana hizi adhimu zinamilkiwa na bi mkubwa.
Pia hizi zana zimegeuka silaha anazotumia bi mkubwa kunitesa akijua fika kuwa siwezi kumpa talaka kwa kuhofia nitapikia nini.
Tano, namilki mchupa wangu wa kunywea gongo ambao ni zana muhimu katika maisha yangu. Maana, baada ya bi mkubwa mpenzi wangu anayefuatia ni mchupa huu.
Nilipookota mchupa huu sikujua kuwa ungenimeza.
Nilijikuta nimetumbukia ndani yake. Hakika ni rahisi kungia kwenye chupa lakini ni vigumu kutoka. Kuingia kwenye chupa hakuna tofauti na kumtoa jini kwenye chupa.
Sita, namiliki shahada ambazo ni magunia zisizo za kughushi wala kunisaidia kuukata kwa vile siko tayari kujikomba wala kutumiwa kama sina maana.
Saba, namilki daftari ambamo huandika wote niliowakopa au kukopesha ili wasinidhulumu au kunibambikia madeni kama kesi za ndata kwa watu wasio na hatia.
Nane, namilki nyumba ndogo mbili ambazo moja ni mamantilie ambaye huniwezesha msosi niwapo kwenye mihangaiko yangu na nyingine ni ‘sugar mammy’ au mama sukari anipigaye tafu wakati wa msoto.
Tisa, namilki taa ya chemli ambayo hutusaidia kutokana na ubavu wetu wa mbwa kutokuwa na umeme.

Other African countries learn from Zimbabwe
News that Zimbabwean ruling party Zanu PF tabled a bill asking for renaming Victoria Falls is good news. Local Government minister Ignatious Chombo was recently quoted as saying, “Institutions bearing colonial names must be changed and be given indigenous names…school syllabuses in schools must also change.”
One media house reported that Robert Mugabe’s Zanu PF party was intending to change the name of Victoria Falls. Succumbing before west machinations, some media houses are writing things without either balancing their stories or just using common sense. What does Mugabe have to do with such a decision? Again, given that the media has always painted Mugabe with the same brush, whatever he does is taken negatively even when it is logical and progressive. I was baffled to read one story saying that Victoria Falls were discovered by a white man. What a lie!
Even if Mugabe is behind this name restoration, he is but right. How can such an attraction keep on bearing the name of the person who authorized the colonization and robbery of Zimbabwe? African might be poor economically but not mentally. So restoring our felled names should make us proud instead of looking at those trying to rejuvenate them with sheer suspicion and indifference.
By deciding to resume the real name of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe has championed what Ngugi wa Thiong’o calls the decolonization of the mind. However I don’t support Ngugi’s entire take on this, Zimbabwe’s take is commendable. It is sad to find that after over 50 years of independence Africa can’t be independent even about using her real names. Since independence many African countries still pointlessly cling unto colonial carryover –cum- hangover.
Chombo added, “We should teach our children about Mbuya Nehanda, Sekuru Kaguvi, General (Josiah Magama) Tongogara and other gallant fighters of our liberation struggle.” If this bill is passed, indeed, it is going to bring cultural and historic changes in the minds of Zimbabweans. As Africans, time for assuming our true identity has arrived shall we aspire to emancipate and decolonize our minds and countries. It is sad to note that many Africans still succumb before foreign names as if they did not have their own.
The step Zimbabwe has taken is credible and commendable shall it go deeper into exploring other important areas of the country.
Ironically, Harare still has many streets, roads and other places with colonial names such as Coventry Lytton, Prince Avenue, Prince Edward Swimming pool, Lawley, Borrowdale etc. again, Zimbabwe’s struggle to do away from colonial leftover started a long time ago when Salisbury was pulled down and renamed Harare just like Lourenco Marques in Mozambique that became Maputo.
Some other countries took bold steps by totally abolishing colonial names such as Burkina Faso and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
We currently still have capital cities which bear colonial names such as Dar es Salaam (Mzizima or healthy town in Swahili) which assumed an Arab name in 1866, Freetown (Koya Temne renamed in 1787), Lagos (Eko in Yoruba renamed in 1372 by Portuguese to mean Lakes), Windhoek (Aill Gams in Khoekhoe to mean hot springs or Otjomuise in Otijherero to mean streams was renamed in 1844, Libreville (1839) and Niamey (Arlit 1890) to mention a few.
When you tell people to replace colonial names with the original ones they complain about expenses of changing books. Is there any fiscal value equal to one’s real and true identity? Why should Africa have many European names in many places while the same Europe doesn't have any African (savagery names)? Are we truly savages who can’t respect and appreciate our identity? Does this need donors or experts from Europe and America? African leaders need to face this challenge and do the right thing at this very right time.
Returning to our true past is our duty. As William Hazlitt put it, “Fame is the inheritance not of the dead, but of the living. It is we who look back with lofty pride to the great names of antiquity.” Dogs and other animals can accept any names given to them because they don’t use them. To the contrary, humans should not act like animals to forget their history, origin and self even after many years of indifference and insincerity as it is in the case of Africa and superimposed-colonial names.

For many people Zimbabwe look bad especially when it started taking farms from white settlers who stole those farms from Africans at the time of occupying Zimbabwe, she still can have something nice to offer, traditions, traditions, traditions and self-awareness. Is this a bad thing really?

Mob justice : When sheep take on jackals
When one Chama Cha Maulaji (CCM)’s stalwart’s felled by an angry mob in MZA after being caught cold, boozers congregated in our swallowing joint to discuss this eventuality. Everybody’d his own take of this new awakening of ‘sheep’ taking on the ‘jackals’. “When prey turns against the predator, this is liberation,” one boozer said as he grinned like a Cheshire cat.
News that some irate earthlings butchered Clement Mabiner spread like bush fire. This killing’s high on agenda at boozers’ unofficial conference. There are those who were celebrating while others were baffled wondering how we've reached this diabolic stage in the ‘isle of peace’. Again, is our hunk still an isle of peace?
The sage’s it that if you live by sword you’ll surely die of sword. You can add. If you live by pistol you’ll die of stones, spear and fire like kibaka as it occurred in Ng’wanza recently. However you look at this fiasco, we need to rethink our way of doing things especially the way the biggies treat or maltreat boozers whom they've always thought are just sheep they can skin even alive. Though not all, some of our biggies have been using their positions to rob our paupers pointlessly.
How do you feel when you hear that somebody’s been felled simply because he forced boozers to reach at the apogee of saying: Enough is enough? Although what transpired in Ng’wanza may be treated as a passing cloud, if thuggery committed by the high and mighty isn't halted, believe me. Many’ll die in such circumstances. Again, why have we allowed ourselves to become a lawless and a merciless society? The answer’s simple. With all this man-eat-man megalomania, shall we not change, surely many’ll perish. How many high and mighty, we wrongly call leaders, lead in robbing our boozers?
It came to light that the late Mabiner’d grabbed a public land he intended to vend to an investor. Whether this is true or not, the message’s clear that there are some leaders amidst us who take boozers for a ride little knowing that things have changed dramatically and quickly. What transpired in Ng’wanza reminded me of the crimes committed by our politicos when they allocated our houses to themselves. Alas, it reminded me of thuggish investment and profligacy that have been reported almost every day everywhere in our hunk. Now that those we used to rob are awake, should we go on with business as usual of stealing their property? Try to remember what transpired recently when UDA’s sold at a throwaway price. Try to imagine how they’re dragging their feet in dealing with money stashed abroad. Try to imagine how many politicos are selling public shangingis to themselves at throwaway prices. Again, boozers know everything save that time for them to act’s what we can’t predict as it happened in Ng’wanza. So too, we need to reassess our take on gun issuance and control. The thing is. When somebody owns a gun he wrongly thinks that he acquires the power of humiliating and intimidating others little knowing that those he intends to humiliate and rob have more power than he wrongly thinks he’s.
We used to be taught in civic education that Chama Cha Ma-revolution's there to defend and protect paupers. What a lie! Since it’s hijacked by thugs and moneymakers,as Mwl Mchonga once put it,it became thuggish one that helps thieves and thugs in robbing the boozers.
Mabiner is history. His legacy lives on due to the fact that we still have many Mabiners who can terrorize our boozers as please without reckoning that the moment of truth’s already arrived. The late Nelson Mandela,the father of South African democracy, once said that if there is no food on the table, talks about democracy is madness. So applies to our clangor and slogan of peace and tranquility in our hunk. How can there be peace and tranquility midst robbery and venality? How can there peace and tranquility in the hunk that allows people to rob and spend without being questioned by the authorities as to how they made such dosh? Don’t we've people who go to bed paupers and wake up tycoons thanks to partaking criminal activities? Don’t we know them by names?
When Mandela’s asked as to why he committed treason against his government, he replied, “You’re the ones supposed to be behind bars for forcing us to do what we've done. Again, why should our policemen round up our people when they use mob justice while they're the ones who forced them to commit such crimes? A good thing about boozers is: They know everything that’s been going on in the hunk. Their pent-up anger’s the only the thing those it is aimed can’t accurately predict even when seers warn them about it. If anything, such anger's eluded many if not all victims to-be who always daydream that they're smart while they actually are but blind zombies. Before meeting his fate even Mabiner thought he's tough and smarter than his butchers.When sheep decide to take on jackals and hyenas, watch out. Kaa chonjo saa mbaya. Kikwete na Pinda wafuatie wawajibike
Baada ya rais Jakaya Kikwete kuwafuta kazi mawaziri wanne kwa kosa la kutowajibika kwenye wizara zao, umefika wakati wa kumwambia naye awajibike. Sababu za kufanya hivyo ziko wazi. Kama mawaziri walifutwa kwa vile watu wa chini yao walifanya madudu, basi na Pinda na Kikwete wawajibike kwa vile hawa mawaziri walikuwa chini yao. Pinda alinukuliwa akisema,“Waheshimiwa wote wanne wamekubali kujiuzulu na kilichofanya walikubali kufanya hivyo ni kwamba vyombo vilivyohusika viko chini ya usimamizi wao.” Nadhani Pinda ametoa jibu la ni kwanini Kikwete naye wawajibike. Kwani uwajibikaji wa pamoja (collective accountability) unawahusu mawaziri tu.
Hata bunge lingeondolewa kwa vile nao wako pale kufanya biashara ya mapenzi kama alivyonakiliwa mmoja wao akisema kabla ya kulazimishwa kufuta kauli yake ili kukwepa aibu zaidi. Kimsingi, Tanzania haina serikali wala bunge bali genge la wahuni na walaji tu. Hivyo wananchi tungesimama pamoja na kuhakikisha tunatoa somo kwa kuwawajibisha wote.
Nangojea kusikia atakachosema Kikwete kuhusiana na mawaziri mizigo ambao ni hovyo kuliko hata hawa waliotimuliwa hasa Balozi Hamis Kagasheki ambaye ameondoka tokana na kugusa maslahi ya wakubwa.

Mlevi alaani walevi kujichukulia sheria mikononi
Kwanza nawasalimu na ‘kuwakaripia’ walevi wa kule Ng’wanza kwa kuchukua sheria mkononi japo ni haki yao kutoa onyo kuwa mafisi, mafisadi na kila vinyama vya mwitu kuwa wajiandae kupata saizi na stahiki yao yaani kuwaishwa kwa aliyewatengeneza wakampuuzia, si vizuri kudedisha watu.
Nilishasema mara si nyingi kuwa kubebabeba mibunduki kwenye kaya inayoitwa ‘kisiwa cha amani’ ya imani ni uwendawazimu na kujitafutia balaa.
Sasa tazama hata wino haujakauka mmoja wa wabeba silaha na wajivuni ananyotolewa roho! Kisa? Alidhani kumiliki silaha na kuwa kiongozi ni kuwatisha walevi na kuwaibia hata kuwazuia kupita wanakopaswa.
Heri kulewa kanywaji kuliko dhuluma na madaraka. Sasa mnaona?
Kwa vile nilishatangaza nia ya kugombea urais, natoa angalizo na onyo. Siku nikichaguliwa, wale wote wenye tabia ya kutumia vyeo vyao kupora na kukatisha maisha ya walevi wakae mkao wa kuliwa. Nitawatia sana adabu na kuhakikisha wanashika adabu kabla ya adabu haijawashika.
Hatuwezi kuishi kwenye kaya ya shamba la chizi ambapo majizi fulani yanayojiita wazito yanawatesa walevi wale wale walioyapa ulaji. Hatuwezi kuendelea na hii tabia ya mijizi kula kwa mikono na miguu tena bila kunawa kama mainzi mafu.
Pia hatuwezi kuendelea na kujichukulia sheria mikononi. Naapa kwa jina la bibi wa bibi wa babu nitaondoka na mtu katika sakata hili.
Leo naleta salamu za walevi ambao juzi walikata kanywaji kama hawana akili nzuri tokana na kupata habari kuwa kondoo wameweza kumuua fisi aliyetaka kuwararua asijue wamejijua na kujitambua na kuutumia umoja wao kama nguvu yao. Sitavumilia jinai hii. Wale jamaa zangu wa Chama Cha Maulaji (CCM) waliozea vya kunyonga, sasa wajiandalie vya kuchinjwa.
Nadhani wanachopaswa kufanya ni kuacha mchezo wao mchafu wa kudhani kuwa kila mlevi hana akili wala ushupavu wa kuweza kujipigania yeye na mali yake.
Najua jamaa zangu wameishiwa na udhu kiasi cha kubaki na uchu tu wa kuiba kila waonacho.
Hivi tunayo majizi mangapi yanayojiita viongozi yaliyoiba mali za walevi na bado yakaendelea kujiona majanja wakati ni majambazi tu?
Nadhani wale majizi wakubwa waliogawana nyumba za walevi na kuingiza kaya kwenye ubinafsishaji wa kifisi, wananipata hata wakijifanya hawanipati.
Tunawajua. Wamejiuzia mashangingi ya walevi kwa bei ya kutupa toka kwenye wizara zetu. Tunawajua waliopeana UDA yetu na mashirika mengine aliyoasisi mzee Mchonga (MAMPP). Hata kama Mchonga ametoweka, walevi hawajatoweka. Idd Lion na Simon Gang mnanideku siyo? Akina Kagodamn, Richmonduli, IPtL, EpA, NbC, Meremetuka na wengine kaeni mkao wa kuliwa na kunyotolewa roho zenu mchana kweupe. Tutawashikisha ukuta, sorry, adabu muda si mrefu. Mijitu imeiba ofisi za walevi kiasi cha kuzirithisha vitegemezi vyao. Joseph Makamba unanipata mshirika?
Sasa mnatuibia hata ardhi ukiachia mbali njuluku yanazoficha ughaibuni! Sasa kwa vile mimi ni kamanda wa walevi, natoa amri kuwa atakayepora mali yenu chomeni moto kama kibaka.
Pia nitoe onyo kwa ndata wanaopenda kulinda na kukingia kifua mafisi wanaopora mali za walevi, mtachomwa hasa ikizingatiwa kuwa walevi sasa hawana woga wala subira tena.
Acheni ujuha wa kutumika kama nepi kusafisha uchafu wa mafisi. Mijitu ina tamaa utadhani haitakufa.
Walevi wakiamua hata ushike bastola wanaweza kukunyotoa roho bure hata kama si jibu. Kwanini ufe kama kibaka kwa kila aina ya aibu majonzi na vilio?
Huwezi kuwa mjanja siku zote especially unapodili na walevi ambao waliishakufa wakibakia kuzikwa. Watakunyotoa roho ufe wakati si wako.
Najua wapo wajinga watakaoniona mlevi wa ajabu kuwa na huruma hata kwenye misiba ya wengine.
Kwanini nifurahi hata kama misiba yenyewe ni ya kujitakia? Japo nilipiga kanywaji na bangi kwa sana ninaposikia kuwa ‘mpendwa’ wangu amenyotolewa roho ni kwa huzuni tu. Mie sina unafiki na sanaa kama za Chama Cha Majangili ambacho juzi juzi eti kilikuwa kinakionea huruma Chakudema kwa kuwa na kidudu mtu aliyetaka ulaji hata kwa kuwala wenzake? Japo adui yako muombee mauti ili akuondolee mbu, kwangu si hivyo. Kama kiongozi wa walevi, huwa ninajali linapokuja suala la ukombozi wa walevi.
Ukiwachokoza wakakutoa roho sitasherehekea kwa vile umejitakia mwenyewe, ninawaonya wote.
Wapo wanaouliza, hivi hawa wanaojifanya kuwa na huruma na kansa kama hii wana akili kweli? Leo kaya yetu imepoteza wanyama tena kwa kusafirishwa hai mchana kweupe. Tukiwakamata hawa majangili tukawanyotoa roho zao tuambiwe tumevunja sheria! Sheria gani inayolinda uoza na ufisi?
Mmeigeuza kaya yetu shamba la chizi na pango la majambazi tukiwa tunaona.
Hakuna kitu kilimuudhi mlevi nusu ya kujitia kitanzi kama kuona baadhi ya mafisi makubwa makubwa yakitoa eti salamu za rambirambi badala ya karipio na kujirekebisha kwa mafisi yanayouawa kutokana na kuwadhulumu walevi.
Mnavuruga kaya na kuifanya kama dunia ya samaki mkubwa kumla mdogo na mdogo kumla mdogo zaidi halafu ukweli ukifichuka mnajifanya mna huruma.
Huruma gani ndani ya dhuluma? Walizoea kujisemea kuwa mali ya umma haiumi. Sasa inauma sana na kuua. Leo salamu ni kwa mashujaa wote wa Kanyamaa waliokataa kunyamaa wakalaani mauaji. Mwabeja sana. Ila siungi mkono kunyotoa uhai. Kuna njia mbadala jamani.

When dudes mourned Diba
Looking at how former South African President Nelson Mandela’s eulogized, glorified, epitomized, praised and you name it, one'd love to die and hate to love to live. Hearing such tonnes of praises, one'd think that these guys were serious and sincere. We boozers have one thing others don't have. We tell things other people hate to tell whether for the fear of being demonized or being felled. For a boozer like me who knew Mandela since my kindergarten years, the doyen received more than he did when he’s alive. Those who betrayed his philosophy of accountability, responsibility, reconciliation and forgiveness were in the forefront showering him with fake praises. Some referred to Madiba as one of his kind while they maltreated him by ignoring what he lived for.
Mandela's death forced me to revisit Nyerere's. When Nyerere died, those who’d betrayed him by selling his people he lived for were in the forefront vowing to “emulate” him ad infinitum. They'd good and kind words for him. Theoretically, they emulated him. Practically, it’s big zilch. Just like Nyerere, Mandela died a frustrated and a heart-broken man. How could he die happily while his works were abused? How could he die happily amidst tonnes and tonnes of scandals involving those sitting in the office he once bled for paying dearly and extraordinarily? One boozer left us in stitches when he asked if we saw how sinners were weeding the gardens of angels. We just laughed and seeped kanywaji in the honour of Madiba tough at heart it’s very painful to bear. There’s a saying that when the lion dies rats can pointlessly and comfortably eat his skin. If anything, this is exactly what seems to follow after the departure of the giant. It’s very painful for morally upright earthlings to see tonnes and tonnes of the world leaders congregating in Qunu to enjoy the prominence of Madiba. How much money’s burnt that’d have helped paupers in their hunks they made poor? How much time did they spend showing off while Mandela didn’t subscribe to such uppity and pomp?
Again, dead people tell no stories, they can’t defend themselves. Decent living people can tell their stories and speak on their behalf as it happened during the memorial ceremony of Mandela. The melee jeered at and booed Jacob Zuma whom they saw as one of Mandela’s blackmailers. One cartoonist left me in stitches when he drew a cartoon showing African rulers sank in Mandela’s giant shoes. I commented on the cartoon saying that however they can step in his shoes and being swallowed, like chickens will nary do them good. I ended up there though one person added saying: Like chickens they’ll poop in his giant shoes.
What I know for sure is that once funerals are over Mandela will be over just like Nyerere who’s only commemorated on 14the October the day he departed. Thereafter, all bete noix go back to their nether world in their criminal business as usual of screwing his people up. Hypocrisy fears no shame. If what’s in our hearts would be displayed, I’m sure. A few’d be allowed to approach Mandela's remains.
Again, if Judas Iscariot cried after being told that Jesus had been killed why not them?
Qunu, the place where Mandela’s born and buried, for the second time, became the focal point of the world. Once the sideshows are over it’ll cascade back to oblivion. Once the high and mighty fulfill their rotten ritual everything in Qunu’ll go back to bed and Mandela' family, even legacy will be crucified and forgotten. Differently from current president Zuma, who like Mobutu Seseseko, built posh residents in his village using public funds, Mandela didn’t commit such a sacrilege. Just like Nyerere, Mandela didn’t spend any public coin to build his village or to make his children, friends and relatives billionaires like others we see today. He didn’t even allow his children to run for positions in his party. What do you call this? We boozers call it by its name, hypocrisy and ungratefulness.
Mandela used to say that in his country people go to jail then become president. Ironically, this is totally different from some other African potentates who jail or kill their opponents to see to it that they remain in power. Whereas Madiba loved people and he stood ready to die for them. Some corrupt of mourners greatly love cows money and power and stand to die for such nonsense even by killing innocent people they call theirs. What made Mandela a unique person is only his ability to conquer egoism and so as to become selfless. This has failed many. You can see this on how some African potentates used his fame to become famous.
All in all, as President Barack Obama put it, “We will never see the likes of Nelson Mandela again."

Miaka zaidi ya 50 ya uhuru bado watawala bado wanatibiwa nje!
Ni hivi majuzi Tanzania na Kenya zimesherehekea zaidi ya miaka 50 ya uhuru wake. Siku chache baadaye taarifa zinakuja kuwa rais Jakaya Kikwete anakwenda Marekani "kuchekiwa" afya yake. Hii maana yake ni kwamba miaka yote zaidi ya 50 ya uhuru haijatupatia hospitali ya kuweza kuwachunguza watawala wetu. Pia miaka hii yote haijatupatia viongozi wanaoweza kujiamini na kuamini katika huduma zinazotolewa na serikali zao. Hii imenikumbusha kisa cha mama ntilie aliyekuwa akiagiza chakuka hotelini kila ikifika saa ya chakula huku akiwauzia wateja wasiojua uchafu na hatari ya chakula chake. Rais anakwenda nje kuombaomba na kuchekiwa afya yake. Ajabu huyo rais asiyeamini usalama wa huduma zinazotolewa na hospitali zinazosimamiwa na serikali yake anawadanganya wananchi kuwa wako sawa na anaipenda nchi yake. Ni unafiki na uhovyo kiasi gani? Mandela alitawala miaka mitano si hamsini. Alihakikisha kila kitu walichoacha makaburu kinaendelezwa kiasi cha kufia nchini mwake bila kwenda kujiaibisha ughaibuni kama hawa. Marais wetu wataendelea kutibiwa, kuchekiwa afya na kufia nje hadi lini? Je hii ni laana kwao kwa kuendekeza ubinafsi,wizi, ufisi, ufisadi na uzururaji hadi afya zao wanaziweka rehani ughaibuni? Sudan Kusini yazima jaribio la mapinduzi
Usiku wa kuamkia tarehe 16 Desemba hii ulishuhudia mapigano makali baina ya vikosi vya jeshi la serikali ya Sudan Kusini na vile vinavyoaminika kumtii makamu wa rais wa zamani Dk Riek Machar aliyetimuliwa hivi karibuni na rais Salva Kiir Mayardit.
Inasikitisha kwa nchi changa kuliko zote duniani kuanza kuadamwa na jinamizi la uporaji wa madaraka unaotakana na hisia za kikabila na tamaa ya madaraka. Je mamlaka mjini Juba zitashughulikiaje kitisho hiki bila kukiuka haki za binadamu? Mauaji ya Mabina yawazindue watawala wasiotaka kujifunza
Kuuawa kwa aliyekuwa mwenyekiti wa mkoa wa Mwanza wa Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) si kitendo kizuri kwa taifa ingawa kina somo. Je kama jamii iliyozoea kukandamiza wanyonge walio wengi tunajifunza nini? Waingereza husema the writings are on the wall yaani maandiko yako ukutani kuwa tusome alama za nyakati. Nani alijua kuwa wananchi wa kawaida wangehimili vitisho vya mabaunsa na bunduki na kumtoa roho mtu aliyejifanya kiongozi wao lakini akatumia dhamana hiyo kuwaibia ardhi, mashamba, kuwatisha, kuzuia uhuru wao wa kutembea na hata kumuua mmoja wao kabla kondoo hawajaamua kumshughulikia fisi?
Nafurahi kuwa niliyotabiri kwenye kitabu changu cha SAA YA UKOMBOZI yanatimia haraka sana. Je tunao viongozi wangapi wanaotumia madaraka tuliyowapa kama silaha ya kutuibia na kutunyanyasa? Je kifo cha Mabina kinatoa picha gani kwa CCM? Je CCM itakwepa kulaumiwa kwa kuacha wakubwa zake wawanyonye na kuwadhurumu wananchi kila uchao bila kuchukua hatua?
Kwa wasiopenda dhuluma, kilichompata Mabina ni onyo kuwa wale waliodhaniwa kuwa vihongwe wa kubebeshwa kila takataka za wakubwa wameamka na lazima watajikomboa hata kama ni kwa kumwaga damu kama ilivyotokea kwa Mabina.Wale wanaodhani kuwa CCM itaendelea kutawala kwa kutegemea ujinga wa watu wa mashambani wafikiri upya.Kwa habari zaidi BONYEZA HAPA.
Ghasia,Mgimwa Mwanri, Majaliwa na wengine wawajibishwe
KWA mara ya pili, Bunge la Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania limekunjua makucha yake. Hii ni baada ya kuwataka mawaziri katika Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu Tawala za Mikoa na Serikali za Mitaa (Tamisemi) Hawa Ghasia na manaibu wake, Aggrey Mwanri na Kassim Majaliwa wajipime na kujiwajibisha.
Hii ni baada ya wizara hii kuvurunda kwa muda mrefu ambapo serikali za mitaa zimekuwa zikiiba pesa kwa mabilioni karibu kila mwaka. Rejea ripoti ya Mkaguzi na Mdhibiti Mkuu wa Fedha ya Serikali (CAG) ambayo karibu kila mwaka inafichua madudu na wizi wa mabilioni ya shilingi lakini hakuna anayewajibishwa. Ajabu ni kwamba kila mwaka pesa inayoibiwa inaongezeka.
Kutokana na kukithiri kwa vitendo vya rushwa na ufisadi nchini vikiwahusisha wakubwa Serikalini, wapo wanaoona kama dhana nzima ya kujipima ni kama kulindana au kuwachezea wananchi.
Kwanini wabunge wawape watu nafasi ya kujipima wakati walishindwa kufanya hivyo kwa muda mrefu? Kwanini kujipima wakati mtu amebainika wazi kufanya madudu?
Je hii ni njia fichi ya kulindana na kuuhadaa umma hasa wakati huu kuelekea kwenye uchaguzi ambapo kila chama kinataka kionekane kizuri kwa kuficha uchafu wake? Je ni kwanini wabunge waliogopa kuwaambia wazi watuhumiwa kuwajibika badala ya kuwapa fursa ya kujipima? Je kwa namna hii wabunge hawajashiriki haya madudu na kuyabariki?
Je wahusika watajipima hasa ikizingatiwa kuwa utamaduni wa kujipima na kujiwajibisha ni kitendawili nchini ukiachia mbali kuwahi kutumiwa na Edward Lowassa waziri mkuu aliyetimliwa kutokana na kubainika kushiriki vilivyo kwenye kashfa ya Richmond iliyoliingizia Taifa hasara ya mabilioni ya shilingi? Hili ni swali linalowasumbua wachambuzi wengi. Ikitokea jamaa wakaamua “kula jiwe” je waliowateua watakuwa na ubavu wa kuwawajibisha?
Tamisemi iko chini ya ofisi ya waziri mkuu, Mizengo Pinda. Je ni kwanini bunge limemuacha waziri mkuu katika shinikizo hili la kujipima? Je ilikuwaje wizara ambayo iko chini ya waziri mkuu ivurunde yeye asichukue hatua? Je kutofanya hivyo hakukusaidia kuvurunda zaidi kiasi cha kumfanya naye abebe lawama chini ya kile kisheria huitwa vicarious accountability yaani ambapo mtu hulaumiwa kwa wadhifa wake?
Hata chini ya dhana ya uwajibikaji wa pamoja, collective accountability, Pinda hawezi kuponyoka kwenye shinikizo hili. Ili kuondoa kuonekana kama bunge linawatoa kafara mawaziri wahusika, na waziri mkuu anapaswa kuunganishwa. Kwani hii ni wizara ambayo iko chini ya ofisi yake.
Mwenyekiti wa Kamati ya Bunge ya Hesabu za Serikali (LAAC), Rajabu Mbaruku alikaririwa na vyombo vya habari akisema, “Hata waziri mkuu nimemtaja kwa jina, na nimesisitiza kama ananisikia kuhusu ofisi yake.” Je kama waziri mkuu ametajwa ni kwanini hakuunganishwa na mawaziri wake katika kutakiwa kuwajibika kwa madudu haya?
Ni bahati nzuri kuwa waziri mkuu anajua kila kitu ingawa aliacha mambo yajiendee. Mei 9, 2013, wakati akifungua Mkutano Mkuu wa 29 wa Jumuiya ya Serikali za Mitaa Tanzania (ALAT) uliofanyika hoteli ya Sundown Carnival, nje kidogo ya Jiji la Arusha, waziri mkuu alikaririwa akisema,
“Tatizo hili ni kubwa na lina sura mbili kuu. Moja ni kukosekana kwa uaminifu kwa baadhi ya watumishi na madiwani katika usimamizi wa fedha za Serikali za Mitaa. Baadhi ya madiwani wamediriki kushirikiana na watumishi wasio waaminifu katika kuhujumu fedha za umma. Pili, ni Watumishi wa Serikali za mitaa kushindwa kutekeleza wajibu wao hivyo kulipwa mishahara ambayo hawaitumikii ipasavyo.”
Huu ni ushahidi tosha kuwa waziri mkuu na mawaziri wake wanajua kila kitu. Wanajua mbinu zinazotumika kuhujumu taifa na wanaofanya hivyo. Sema hawataki kuwawajibisha wahusika kutokana na sababu wanazojua wenyewe.
Kutochukua hatua kwa madudu unayofahamu yapo ni uzembe wa hali ya juu pia kushiriki katika kulihujumu Taifa kosa ambalo halipaswi kutolewa nafasi ya kujipima zaidi ya kuwawajibisha wahusika. Wahusika wameonyesha uzembe wa hali ya juu. Hivyo, kuwapa fursa ya kujipima na kuamua ni kupoteza muda. Kwani, kwa uzoefu na uzembe wao, hawatafanya hivyo.
Ni bahati mbaya kuwa hili si tukio la kwanza kuwahusu mawaziri na watendaji wazembe serikalini. Yaliishia wapi mashinikizo kwa waziri wa Elimu na Ufundi, Shukuru Kawambwa pale wazira yake ilipovurunda kwenye elimu? Si anaendelea kupeta na kutesa kama wasemavyo watoto wa mjini?
Kwa watu wenye kuwa na uchungu na taifa lao na wanaojua majukumu na wajibu wao, kitendo cha ripoti ya mkaguzi mkuu wa fedha za serikali kufichua madudu kila mwaka na wasichukue hatua ni jinai ya aina yake. Inashangaza hata wale waliowateua kuendelea kuwavumilia watu wao. Je huu nao ni mtandao mkubwa zaidi ya ile anayosema Pinda?
Kwa wanaojua jinsi madaraka yanavyotafutwa nchini kwa kutumia pesa safi na chafu, si ajabu ikawapo mitandao inayotumia serikali za mitaa kujichumia pesa ya kutumia kuwahonga wapiga kura. Isitoshe, hali imefikia pabaya hadi wabunge wanakamatwa wazi wazi wakiwatoa rushwa watendaji wa serikali za mitaa ili kupitisha hesabu zao mbovu.
Je kwa namna hii hawa wanaweza kuwajibishana? Ingawa si wabunge wote waliotuhumiwa kudai na kupokea rushwa toka kwa watendaji wa serikali za mitaa, ushahidi uliopo ni kwamba huu mchezo upo na haukuanza jana wala juzi. Ni bahati mbaya kuwa wakubwa wameendelea kunyamazia jinai hii. Tuangalie upande mwingine wa sakata hili. Bunge ndiyo limetoa nafasi kwa wahusika kujipima na kufanya maamuzi magumu. Je wasipofanya hivyo bunge litawafanya nini na lini?
Kuhusiana na uwepo wa mtandao wa wizi ndani ya Tamisemi, Mbaruku anatoa jibu. Alikaririwa akiliambia bunge akisema, “Kamati imebaini kwamba Tamisemi imekuwa ikitumia mtindo huu kuwalinda watumishi mafisadi ndani ya halmashauri na kuifanya kamati iamini Tamisemi ni sehemu ya mtandao huu.”
Je hapa kuna ushahidi mwingine unaotakiwa au kutoa fursa kwa watu kujipima na kuchukua uamuzi zaidi ya kuwachukulia uamuzi na kuwashitaki ili mahakama ipime ukubwa wa makosa yao na kutoa adhabu ili liwe funzo kwa wengine?
Nani anamdanganya nani hapa kama ukweli wote uko wazi na unajulikana kama alivyobainisha Mbaruku? Tunashauri wahusika wawajibishwe mara moja badala ya kupoteza muda kwenye kujipima.

Mlevi alivyohudhuria mazishi ya Madiba
Walevi wote nawasalimuni sana na leo nina habari njema sana ambayo ilikuwa siri. Na hii ni kweli. Si rongorong, kamba wala fix bali ukweli mtupu. Mna habari mimi na Mandela ni dugu moja? Babu wa bibi wa bibi wa bibi yangu alizaliwa Mvezo karibu kabisa na nyumbani kwa akina Madiba. Hata baba yake marehemu chifuGadla Mphakanyiswa aliwahi kupiga ulabu na babu yangu.
Mimi na Diba tunafanana sana. Kwanza, majina yetu yanaanza na herufi “N”. Pili, majina ya baba zetu yanaanza na “M”. Tatu, wote ni wasupu yaani flamboyant and handsome kwa lugha ya kimakonde na isiyo ya kitaalamu. Nne, wote tuliandika vitabu, yeye “Long Walk to Freedom”, mimi “Saa Ya Ukombozi” (Long Hour to Liberation). Tano, wote tulitetea watu wote duniani yeye wasauzi mimi walevi. Sita, wote hatuogopi mtu bali kumpa vipande vyake kama alivyofanya kwa makaburu sawa nami ninavyofanya kwa mafisadi ambao kimsingi nao ni makaburu. Yeye aliteswa na makaburu wakati mimi niliteswa na mwalimu wangu aliyeitwa Kaburu. Anyways, hayo tuyaache. Wenye kutaka kubisha au kutaka kujua Zaidi waje waninunulie kanywaji niwape stori ya jinsi ninavyotoka kwenye ukoo (isiduko) mteule wa akina Diba wa Madiba Madibane. Ukoo wangu unaitwa Mkhwanazi msichanganye na waswahili Mkweaminazi.
Cha mno, leo nawaletea salamu toka Sauzi kwa familia ya Mzee Madiba aliyetutoka hivi karibuni. Niliandamana na bi mkubwa mpenda safari za majuu. Nay alikwenda kumzika shemeji yake. Tofauti na washikaji zangu fulani waliofanya ujumbe wao kuwa siri, mimi nilifanya kila kitu wazi wazi. Wao walifanya misafara yao kuwa top secret kuepuka kustukiwa na makapuku wanaofuja njuluku zao. Hata hivyo, nilikuwa nimechoka kwa safari ya ulaya lakini sikupenda ujiko huu unipite hivi hivi. Hivyo nilikwenda na hangovers zangu za majuu hadi Sauzi.
Kuna kitu kilinifariji kwenye msiba nacho ni watu kujua unafiki wa wakubwa zetu. Si walimtolea Jake Zuzuma uvivu na kumzomea kila alipoamka kuongea kwa vile wanajua chafu yake. Kilichonisumbua wakati wa misa ya kumuombea Diba ni ile hali ya kujiuliza kweli kama madude na mabuda waliohudhuria mazishi yake wannafaa kukaribia hata jeneza lake achia mbali kuingiza miguu yangu kwenye viatu vyake vikubwa kama nyumba. Diba alikuwa mlevi kama mimi, ila hakuwa fisadi na mpenda makuu kama wao. Kama mimi, alipenda watu na kuchanganyikana nao kama vile ninavyochanganyika na walevi hata wa mataptap. Pia Diba alikuwa akijihisi kama mkosefu aliyejijua siyo kama hawa wahalifu wanaojifanya watakatifu na watukufu wakati ni wachafu na wajaa chafu na wataka chafu na watenda chafu kila siku na kila mahali.
Hakuna kitu kilinikera nusu niamke kwenye sehemu ya wageni maarufu na kwenda kumzaba mtu kibao kama kuona wale waliomsaliti walivyokuwa wakijisifu na kujidanganya kuwa watamuenzi wakati walishaanza kubungua kazi yake. Sikuishia hapa. Nilijiuliza swali jingine. Je ni pesa na muda kiasi gani wazururaji wasiofanana na Madiba walitumia tena ya kuwaibia walevi?
Ajabu alipokuwa akiumwa wajivuni hawa hawakumtumia hata salamu achia mbali kumjulia hali. Kumbe walingoja afe wamtumie kujipatia ujiko! Kumbe walingoja afe wamsanifu kama walivyofanya?
Ajabu hata wale waliomuita gaidi na kutunza jina lake kwenye vitabu vya magaidi walikuwapo. Joji Kichaka unanipata? Hata wale waliomsusa wakaunga mkono utawala wa kishenzi wa kikaburu eti nao walikuja kumsifu na kumzika!
Nilipokuwa nikipita pita kwenye mitaa ya Vilakazi huko Soweto yalipo makazi ya kwanza ya Madiba nilishuhudia hata wale waliombagua au makuwadi wao wa kigabacholi eti wakinunua kumbukumbu zake kama vile skafu, picha na kila kitu. Ghafla Madiba alieguka lulu kiasi hata cha bunge la kwa mama kule kwa wakameruni eti kumuenzi wakati ni wale wale waliokuwa wakiusaidia utawala wa kikaburu kumsaka ili kumnyotoa roho. Wanafiki siku zote hawana aibu wala utu. Yaani watasha na wa kwa Joji kichaka walivyokuwa wakimkwepa Madiba zama zile akiitwa David Mutsamayi kukwepa kukamatwa, sikutegemea kuwa wangejitoa kimasomaso hivyo. Heri watu kama Kamuzu na Thatcher na Reagan waliishajifia. Si ajabu nao huenda wangejidai wanakwenda kumzika na kumuenzi wakati walimtenza.
Nilicheka nilipomuona rais Uhuhu Kinyata eti naye akienda kumzika Diba wakati nchi yake na Malawi walimwekea ngumu Diba zama zile.
Diba alikuwa mlevi wa haki na demokrasia. Ajabu japo si wote, amezikwa na baadhi ya wakandamizaji wa demokrasia na dhulumati wa umma wao.
Wote walifanya makufuru yao. Hakuna walioniudhi kama mashoga kudai kuwa Diba aliwaruhusu wafanye uchafu wao. Ajabu hata wanene wa taifa lile hawakuwakemea kwa uongo wa mchana na mchafu kiasi hiki. Watu wengineni kweli ni viumbe wa ajabu. Wanamsingizia hata marehemu? Hata hivyo, wana tofauti gani na wale waliomwangusha halafu wakaanza kujifanya wanamuenzi. Huwezi kumuenzi Madiba wakati unakula rushwa aliyoichukia. Huwezi kumuenzi Diba wakati ukishiriki ufisadi, mihadarati, wizi, ufujaji wa fedha na raslimali za walevi. Ukifanya hivyo wewe ni mshenzi na mnafiki wa kunuka tu hata kama utakuwa ukidanganywa kuwa u mtukufu. Huwezi kuwa mbaguzi ukamuenzi Madiba. Jamaa zangu wanaotesa wafanyakazi wa nyumbani wa Kiswahili mnanipata? Veve iko fanya baya sana. Hata Swahili iko tesa lakini hapana bagua wao.
Diba alikaa madaraki miaka mitano wakati nyinyi mnakaa hamsini halafu mnasema eti mnamuezi! Shame on you! Kama mnamuenzi basi achia ulaji kama alivyofanya siyo mgoje kuondolewa kigadafigadafi mkilia kama vichanga.
Madiba hakushiriki madaraka na watoto wake wala marafiki zake. Je nyie mnafanyaje kulaleki?
Kwa vile bado nina majonzi makubwa ya kumpoteza ndugu na rafiki na mlevi mwenzangu Diba, leo sitaandika mengi. Hamba kahle Diba, lala ngoxolo tata. Leo salamu zangu ni kwa wanyonge wote duniani aliowapigania Diba.

Nope: Bite but not bark or back off
Surprise, surprise, is at it again! Nope Ninaye Chama Cha Maulaji (CCM)’s chief spin doctor’s a top dog by all standards. However, boozers see him as lapdog that wants to act like a watchdog to no avail. Evidence? His history, especially, when reference’s made to how he once took Eddie Ewassa (former Big Minister who’d to hit the road after being water tightly implicated in Richmond scam) head on to end up dwarfed with tail between legs in leaps and bounds.
Nope’s always full of controversies and surprises. Being a party’s top dog and a spin doctor, he recently had a bone to pick with some ministers whom he referred to as “a burden” in President Jake Kiquette’s cabinet. Even though, boozers see Nope as a barking-lapdog. Again, is it bad for a dog to take many roles such as biting dog, barking dog, toothless dog, lapdog, watchdog, humble dog, sleeping dog,” tail-wagging” dog and whatnot to make his master happy? Again, how is this done by defying the logic of dog does not eat dog?
Naturally, a dog’s known for its folly and theatrics when it comes to making his master happy. Differently from a cat, a dog can do anything his master wants him to. Samuel Butler once said, “The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too.” Who’s Nope fooling by fooling himself?
Forget about dog’s analogue. Nope’s recently quoted as saying that ministers Drs. Shcool Kawa-dog (Knowledge and Vocational Training), and Bill Ngimua(Dosh and Economic Affairs) and Chris Chiiiza (Farming, Yum yum Security and Cooperatives) and his deputy Adam Milima are supposed to face the CCM Central Committee (CC) to show cause why they’d not be shown the door.
Politics is a very interesting game. Nope’s outbursts were taken seriously by his fans who think he’s brave and loves our hunk. To the contrary, detractors think he’s but a toothless- though-barking dog that’s looking for cheap popularity or master’s attention if not to try to settle scores with his enemies. Again, what did Nope aim at achieving if at all history shows that he’s been barking but nothing’s ever come out of his noises as we’ve seen in Ewassa’s saga?
Those who know Nope, the son of former famous-party cadre, weren't shocked to hear his noises. Such people see him as the guy looking for more ulaji. They see no reasons to bark while he can actually bite by accessing president and tell him what he thinks is the best thing to do. Again, sympathizers think Nope’s inculcated a new paradigm shift of taking on the high and mighty head on. If Nope’s precedent is applied, the high and mighty can display their dirty laundry in the agora for earthlings to enjoy if not to learn who’s dirtier than another.
Nope stole thunder when he took on Ewassa. No sooner had Nope took on Ewassa than he’s told to keep off and back off. For, Ewassa said that his friendship with Kiquette was firmer than Nope thought. He boasted that he (Ewassa) and Kiquette didn’t meet on the roadside. Thus, their friendship was unshakably stronger and forever. If anything, this was but the end of Nope’s brouhahas and he didn’t bother to stand his ground and defend his name and position. That’s that. Will this be repeated in the current tussle?
Again, let’s clinically dissect the performance of the accused ministers. Starting with Kawa-dog, no doubt, everybody knows how he messed and he’s still messing with his ministry. Refer to how 80% of form four students who sat for national examination failed. As if it’s not enough, when Kawa-dog’s told to hit the road, he shamelessly came up with poor defense averring that he’s not the one who sat for the said examination! Given that Kawa-dog’s connected, he stayed put and nothing happened despite the fact that his ministry went on performing even poorer than before. Again, who cares if politicians can do their experiments on the heads and minds of our vitegemezi national wide? Go hang if you hate this. Those who said that our hunk belongs to top dogs were right. Otherwise, Kawa-dog’d have been history.
Let me briefly touch on other ministers. Ngimua’s been cooking economic statistics and feeding them to us. He failed to explain how he’d see to it that all stolen-and-stashed-abroad money will be reclaimed. He, too, failed to deal with EPA scandal. As for Milima, he’s proved to be another heck when it comes to breaking the rules. Again, given that he’s one of the untouchable-sacred cows, who’s Nope to ask for his sacking? Refer to how he’s robbed in Morogoro and found with heavy weaponry pointlessly.
As for Chiiiza, Nope’d this to say, “I heard him saying that I lack wisdom! What wisdom in the first place?” He added, “Secretary General and I have toured many districts in the hunk. Complaints from farmers who make 80% of Bongolalalamders are all over the place.” Ironically, Nope used the media to admonish Chiiiza and the likes to avoid using the media to air their views. Well, well. Nyani haoni nonihino lake au vipi?
Nope, please bite but not bark or do both if you can.
