Azerbaijan dictator Ilham Aliyev has appointed his wife his vice president. This was only heard of in Africa whereby Equatorial despot and Ugandan one, Theodoro Obiang and Yoweri Museveni respectively appointed his son to be his vice president and wife a minister.
