Africa has all sort of namby-pamby stuff not to mention political gimmicks and hanky-panky. Many brutes can abuse power with impunity. Some allow even their offsprings to replicate the same as is the case with the birdie above whose father is a top dog. This nincompoop can poo on anything without being reprimanded simply because his father is in power.
