Former French President Nicholas Sarkozy was recently found guilty of an offence. He was convicted of the offence and jailed for two suspended years. If Sarkozy were an African former president, he'd be an honourable man enjoying fat retirement perks on top of honour and other beauties that go with power. First of all, his offence–––of trying to bribe a judge–––is not that serious in African countries.
